Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. RuinDorm is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party platform.

4. NFT & Digital Asset Disclaimer

⚠ Investment Risk Disclaimer. The RuinDorm Virtual Roommate Keycard and any other digital assets listed on OpenSea are collectible items intended as symbolic fan merchandise. They are not investment products and carry no guarantee of financial return. The value of digital assets may be highly volatile and may decrease to zero. Purchasing a digital asset is done entirely at your own risk.

RuinDorm makes no representations regarding the future value, liquidity, or utility of any digital asset. All NFT transactions are final and governed by the applicable blockchain network and OpenSea's terms of service.
